Acceptance of Terms & Platform Scope
Reading these terms fully before starting to use the g81 website and services is mandatory. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to the g81 platform and all its services — Sports Betting, Casino Games, Live Gaming, Mobile Access, and Customer Support. By registering, users confirm they are at least 18 years old and willingly agree to these terms.
G81 reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation Requirements
A valid mobile number is required to register at g81. Each person may create only one account. Creating or managing multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to account closure.
All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and up-to-date. Providing false information may result in account closure without verification.
Password & Security Responsibilities
Keeping your account password completely confidential is your responsibility. Login details should not be shared with others. If someone accesses your account without permission, contact the g81 support team immediately.
G81 uses encrypted connections to secure your account. However, users are responsible for protecting their devices and passwords.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The g81 platform is for personal entertainment and betting only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Accessing the platform or placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Identifying or exploiting platform technical vulnerabilities for advantage.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user’s account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Operating an account using a false identity or someone else’s details.
Engaging in any prohibited activities above may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the g81 account, with legal action where applicable.
Payment, Transaction & Account Funding Policies
All financial transactions on the g81 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals accept bKash, Nagad, and approved banking methods.
Accurate payment details must be provided during deposit. g81 is not responsible for any failed transactions due to incorrect information. Withdrawal requests are processed after successful verification and usually completed within 5 minutes to 2 business days.
Funds in the account can only be withdrawn to payment methods registered under the user’s name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed. g81 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals during any suspicious transaction reviews.
Separate rules may apply for bonus or promotional funds. Specific betting requirements must be met before withdrawing bonuses.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

G81 may temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in these situations:
- Violation of Terms & Suspicious Activity
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Attempted Fraud or Compromise of Platform Security
- Failed age verification (under 18).
In case of account closure, return of the user’s remaining valid funds will be reviewed separately.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the g81 platform — including logos, design, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of g81. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
The g81 platform may include third-party services. g81 is not responsible for third-party policies or content. Users should use such services at their own discretion.
Liability & Applicable Law
Liability
G81 holds limited liability for any loss caused by technical errors, internet outages, or third-party service failures. The platform strives to resolve technical issues promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Winning or losing in betting and gaming is entirely the user’s own decision and responsibility. g81 does not guarantee any specific outcomes and is not liable for financial losses.
